It should be hectic in Germany, too, after Celtic avoided a UEFA fan ban which punters were relieved about following the use of pyro vs Aston Villa.
Either way it is set to be an electric two legs with extra-time a genuine possibility at the Allianz Arena so long as Rodgers’ side get off to a good start at Celtic Park this coming week.
That may not be too much of a problem down the line in Europe’s elite competition, however, after new plans emerged this morning.

Callum McGregor has broken Celtic records in terms of minutes played in a campaign but it would suit the captain to feature less in a bid to aid his recovery time.
The same publication claims a change in circumstance is “unlikely” during the current television rights cycle which is in place until 2027.
The expanded League Phase of the tournament has already extended match numbers which is not ideal, says some players’ unions who are advocating for the proposed switch.
