About the Role
As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to guests from the moment they arrive until the completion of their visit.
Working alongside the Food & Beverage team, you will provide attentive service, maintain high hospitality standards, and help create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and seating guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Presenting menus and explaining food and beverage options.
- Taking food and drink orders accurately.
- Communicating dietary requirements and allergies to the kitchen.
- Serving meals and beverages to luxury hospitality standards.
- Preparing and clearing dining tables efficiently.
- Recommending menu items, wines, and daily specials.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout food service areas.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Processing bills and payments accurately.
- Assisting during private dining events and special occasions.
- Following Health & Safety and HACCP food safety regulations.
Eligibility Requirements

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Familiarity with HACCP food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Hospitality qualification (preferred but not essential).
- At least one year of experience in a similar waiter or waitress role.
- Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
