About the Recovery Worker / Support Worker Role
As a Recovery Worker, you will support individuals on their journey towards improved mental wellbeing. You will work closely with residents, care teams, and external professionals to provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
This role is suited to someone who is caring, patient, and passionate about helping people overcome challenges and develop greater independence.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Providing direct support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment for residents.
- Supporting the development and review of personalised care and recovery plans.
